Reconstruction of a stone house not far from the old harbor and renewal into residential space for tourist rental. Renovation of the facade, reconstruction of the roof and inter-storey structures, construction of a new internal staircase and adaptation of the spatial layout were carried out. The house has been reconstructed into four luxurious rooms with bathrooms with a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the old town.
